Now that the holidays are in full swing, let's talk about the one trend that is EVERYWHERE this season! The velvet skirt trend. This trend quickly took off last year in Fall 2016, and has re-appeared bigger and better than ever! This seasons trend is quite elevated ranging from tops, skirts, dresses, pants, to jumpsuits.
I paired my velvet skirt with a simple black v-neck shirt so the skirt keeps the balance with the femininity. I also love that the skirt has pleats and is very flowy. It's such a classic look and I hope this trend returns again for next year. I linked some of my favorite velvet skirts below!
