Resort Style Picks for Summer

Above are some of my favorite pieces that I found for my trip to Bahamas. Especially for a 6 month postpartum mama like me I bought pieces that really worked well with my body - think high waisted swimwear, one piece swimwear, cute cover ups and long flowy dresses.

I also love dressing up my outfits for both day and night with a fun bag, sandals and jewelry!

Also, for sizing reference, the set runs a little on the big size - I have on a small but probably could have done with an extra-small.

One thing I love about spring and summer dresses are that you can have so much fun with them! This colorblock dress is perfect for the upcoming warm weather and just screams summer. One of the first signs of spring, Cherry Blossom season, is officially back! Here in Philadelphia there are soo many amazing places for Cherry Blossom sightings. There are many parks and places to catch a glimpse of them in Philadelphia during the peak bloom season around the second week of April. They truly are beautiful and have to be one of my favorite times of the year!

• Kelly Drive (near west Girard Avenue) and Boathouse Row

Spring is officially here! I’m so excited to finally put away my winter jackets and start taking out my dresses for spring. This floral number is such a pretty dress and is also perfect for a special occasion! This floral midi dress has a square neck and long sleeves - what I love about this dress is that you can also wear it off the shoulder. The length of the dress is midi which I personally think is perfect for spring and you can re-wear it in the fall!

Also let’s talk about these thick braided sandals from JustFab. Braided sandals are on major trend for this spring and the ones from JustFab are just a fraction of the cost of the Steve Madden version!
