One item which I’m loving for summer are these beautiful clear heeled sandals from JustFab. They are so versatile and can go literally with everything! I paired these heels with this beautiful two piece set from FreePeople. The set comes with a crop top and a long flowy skirt. Also, for sizing reference, the set runs a little on the big size - I have on a small but probably could have done with an extra-small.

Today I am sharing with you all my TOP PICKS from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. There are sooo many good sales this year I can't even hide my excitement! The sale includes BRAND NEW fall merchandise and of course wardrobe staples. Keep reading below for details!
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale also known as the #NSale is one of Nordstrom's biggest sales of the year which goes for a few weeks.
Key dates for the #NSale are shown below. In order to shop the earlier dates you need to have spent a certain amount of money (it’s in tiers) and also need to be a Nordstrom cardholder. In order to become a Nordstrom cardholder - apply HERE!
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is probably the BEST sale of the year and among any retailer. The sale has brand new items for the upcoming fall that are marked down which is very exciting (prices go back up after the sale). This is the best time to stock up on your sweaters, jeans, boots, shoes, makeup, handbags, etc. Not only can you stock up on your fall items alot of wardrobe staples go on sale as well such as workout gear, jeans, leggings, cardigans, t-shirts, etc.
Unlike other sales where items start at full price and then get marked down, Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is the opposite. Items start on sale for a selected period of time and then prices will go back up in August.
To avoid getting overwhelmed I always have a strategy in place when shopping the Nordstrom sale. First I go through my closet to see what I need. Do I need new pair of boots? Leggings? Tanks? Sweaters? After putting together a list of items I need, I then browse the Nordstrom catalog to get a sense of what will be going on sale. I jot down brands, styles, and prices so I know which departments to go to first. It's like creating a road map! I also use the “Wishlist” tool on the Nordstrom website to save any items that I want to buy - this is a great tip for staying organized and only buying what you need to buy!
Nordstrom offers curbside pickup and expedited shipping. Nordstrom makes it super easy to shop from the comfort of your home. I know I’ll be doing alot of online shopping over the next few days!

Vacationing with Veer has been so much fun! It’s been so amazing to see him in the pool and on the beach - sooo many giggles and smiles! We came prepared for our trip to the Bahamas since during the summer months it can get extremely hot and babies skin is so sensitive that you’ll want to take extra precautions in the sun. I thought it would be very useful to round up our baby must haves for the pool and/or beach.

Happy Half Birthday to Baby Veer! These six months have flown by so fast and I swear time goes faster when you have a child. I wish time would slow down, things felt so slow in the first few weeks of coming home from the hospital but sped up like no other. Each day brings something new and fun. Being a mom is the best thing in the world!

Fourth of July weekend is here and I can’t believe half of the year is already over! Fourth of July translates into BBQ’s, weekend at the beach, fireworks and great company.
