Everyone knows about the LBD (little black dress) but how about this seasons LWD (little white dress)? Summer is the time to wear white because after-all, you shouldn't wear white after labor day (or so the saying goes). I love that this little white dress is so simple yet chic, with its cold shoulder detail and delicate embroidered eyelet pattern that screams summer. 

I paired this look with some amazing jewelry from Anoki Boutique. The earrings are the "Laur" earrings which are decorated with crystal elements and sea form opal stones. These are about 3" in length. The open cuff is the "Bela" cuff which is an open cuff with 2 round cut stones surrounded by a halo of pave crystals. I have to admit I am LOVING all the trends this summer! On today's blog post I am focusing on another one of my favorite trends which is the striped wrap dress. What I love about wrap dresses are that they are universally flattering and come in so many stylish patterns! This dress shape fits and flatters every single body type!

This striped wrap dress from Express has to be one of my favorite picks as far as this trend goes. Between the cinched waist and the wrap style, it all gives the illusion of a defined waist. You can adjust the waist to be as tight or loose as you want. I really can't speak more highly of this little number. This striped waist dress is currently on sale for less than $50! It's such an amazing and versatile dress to pack for a vacation or wear to an event! Plus, the mustard color on the dress is beautiful and is perfect from transitioning from summer to fall!

Product Review: Londontown Lakur Nail Polish

One amazing brand that I've learned about recently is Londontown.  The Londontown brand began in a small flower garden in Radlett, England. It was created in search of a safe and effective way to restore nail damage. Londontown is 9-free, Vegan, and Cruelty-Free. The term 9-free means is that the polishes are free of 9 potentially harmful chemicals: formaldehyde, camphor, toluene, DBP (dibutyl pthalate and phthalates), formaldehyde resin, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, parabens, and lead. One of the things that I love about this brand is that it contains enriched botanical and mineral oils to simultaneously restore and beautify hands.

I received the opportunity to test out three fabulous colors, a top coat, and ridge filler:

The nail polish color that is my favorite out of the three is Trolley Away (the purple color that I am pictured wearing). The formula is also surprisingly creamy.  Londontown nail polish is so easy to apply and the nail polish dries super quick which is so important to me because I hate sitting around waiting for nail polish to dry! The nail polish becomes long lasting by using the Top Coat.

Overall, I was able to wear the nail polish for about a week (usually my manicure will only last me 2 days before they start chipping). I was very pleased and surprised with the quality of the products and I will definitely be recommending this nail polish!
