One thing I look forward to every year for the fall and winter seasons besides wearing the most comfortable sweaters, are the many different styles of shoes! One trend that I’ve been wanting to try for sooo long is the Combat Boot trend. I always thought before I bought a pair is that they would look clunky, rugged and just not for me. Boy was I wrong!

I bought these beautiful studded Sam Edelman boots from Nordstrom for my recent trip to Paris (I promise a blog post on that will be coming soon!) and they did not disappoint! I wore them for a full day of walking around Paris in the rain and did not want to take them off! These combat boots just give your whole outfit such an edge and for me, a different vibe from my normal OTK Boots and Heels which I like!

Chillier temps means that boots season is back! One of my favorite pieces for the cooler temps are a great pair of Over-The-Knee-Boots (also known as OTK Boots). One of the biggest trends for fall I would have to say are flowy print dresses. I recently picked up this pretty floral dress that screams “fall” from Zara for our trip to Barcelona, Spain and it definitely has been one of my favorite purchases for fall. I also love that the dress has fringes on it and I added a skinny black belt in order to synch the waist in. Must Have Pleated Skirt for Fall

One trend which I am loving right now are pleated skirts! These photos were taken a few weeks ago but I never got the chance to share on my blog since I was super busy with my brother’s wedding! Seriously it was such an amazing weekend I wish we could go back and re-do it again!

One item for fall which I love are long pleated skirts. For the summer I wore this skirt paired with a t-shirt and gold slides. I can’t wait to re-wear this skirt in the fall again with a leather jacket and booties! My beautiful burgundy skirt has sold out, however, H&M has so many different color options - I am LOVING this emerald green color and this leopard print color!
