Must Have Pleated Skirt for Fall

One trend which I am loving right now are pleated skirts! These photos were taken a few weeks ago but I never got the chance to share on my blog since I was super busy with my brother’s wedding! Seriously it was such an amazing weekend I wish we could go back and re-do it again!

One item for fall which I love are long pleated skirts. For the summer I wore this skirt paired with a t-shirt and gold slides. I can’t wait to re-wear this skirt in the fall again with a leather jacket and booties! My beautiful burgundy skirt has sold out, however, H&M has so many different color options - I am LOVING this emerald green color and this leopard print color!

The countdown for the last weeks of summer is on! I can’t believe we are literally less than two weeks away from Labor Day Weekend. I wanted to share with you all one of my favorite looks this summer - this gorgeous pink pleated jumpsuit. The jumpsuit I am wearing is pink but it also comes in a beautiful dusty mauve color which is PERFECT for fall! You can style this jumpsuit so many ways and I’m definetly going to grab the dusty mauve color before it runs out of stock!

On another note, I’ve been a little behind with posts this summer and I wanted to apologize. My brother’s wedding is coming up so I’ve been pretty busy with that! Can’t wait to show all of you my fun looks for the wedding - it’s kicking off with the Sangeet this weekend!

Last weekend we drove down to Ocean City, Maryland and had the most amazing time! I went with my husband, brother, and my brother’s fiancé. We rented a lovely two bedroom condo using OC Vacations and I would highly recommend them! Our condo was spacious, clean, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The condo was also walking distance to the beach and the community has a nice pool. I just love being at the beach and at the beach is where I feel like I can be the most casual! (Can’t you tell by my crazy beach hair?!) I love this long sleeve dot print romper and it’s such a fun print and color! I also wanted to talk about these amazing gold flats from JustFab. Florals for summer? Sure, they aren’t ground breaking but it’s definitely one trend that I will never get tired of. I wore this dress a few weeks ago for date night and I’d have to say I’m obsessed! ASOS is always my go-to for cute affordable dresses and this one does not disappoint. This floral dress is so chic yet comfortable and I could honestly live in it all summer long. Also, there’s a lot of new things going on, to accepting a new role at my current employer, my brother’s upcoming wedding and the slew of trips we have planned for this Fall - I’d have to say things are quite busy and I’m super excited!
