The Coziest Winter Sweater

The Kaelane Sweater from Club Monaco is sooo warm and cozy and I can’t get enough of it! Club Monaco has got to be one of my favorite places to shop for thick, warm sweaters especially for this winter season. Although sweaters from Club Monaco are a little more on the expensive side, they are definitely worth the price. This sweater in particular is neutral so you can re-create it with so many different outfits. I wore this sweater to brunch with black pants and boots and it was the perfect casual look!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! The whole weekend went by so fast and it was over in a blink of an eye. My parents came to visit from Connecticut and we had such a fun time spending quality time together! One of my favorite purchases from the weekend was this gorgeous blouse from H&M. It has the most beautiful sleeves and I love that it has a high neckline! It unfortunately sold out online and I snatched mines up in the store so I linked a few other of my favorite blouses below.

Yesterday my husband and I are hosted Thanksgiving at our home in Philadelphia! I love spending time with family and friends during the holiday season and look forward to this every year!  Each year the night before Thanksgiving I watch my parents clean the turkey.  Then on Thursday we wake up early and my mom and I will cook all morning for the big feast - it's a tradition that I love and look forward to each year.

After Thanksgiving we all know comes Black Friday. I used to get up early to get to the stores as early as 5am but now with everything accessible online there is no need to fight the crowds! With the holidays right around the corner, I like to shop for pieces that I can dress up for a holiday party but can also wear after the holidays through winter.  I look for sweaters that aren't your stand pullovers and have some sort of detail. This peplum sweater from LOFT was a great find and is soo soft and warm! 

On another note, I am definitely counting down the days until Thanksgiving as it is one of my favorite holidays. I love spending time with my family and can't wait!
